BUILDING PERMITS IF REQUIRED: We will obtain all required permits. (You always want the contractor applying for the permit, you don’t want the liability.)

BUILDING CODES AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: We follow all building codes and safety requirements.

CLEANLINESS: We will clean all your windows inside and out, our goal is to leave the job site (your home) as clean as we found it or cleaner, so you won’t even know we were there. All jobsite waste material is removed and properly disposed of.

PROCESS: You and your property will be treated with the utmost respect. Because of that we have an easy identifiable process.

When we arrive at your home it will be easy to identify us as all our trucks proudly display the Jay’s logo. Our employees have uniforms and each member will introduce themselves to you. The foreman will do a walk through with you and explain the plan for the day and after answering all of your questions, with your permission will begin. At anytime during the installation if you have any questions, feel free to ask. This is a team effort and we don’t want you to wonder about anything. We will take extreme care in protecting your home. One of our goals is to leave your home as clean as or cleaner than when we arrived. At the end of the job we do a walk through so you are familiar with your new windows and screens.

Shortly after the completion of your windows the office will forward all required paperwork and include every members name and all contact phone numbers and emails. We want you to have a “worry free experience”.
